THE MEETING<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">IT WILL BE FROM FRIDAY THE 16TH TO SUNDAY THE 18TH OF FEBRUARY<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">by Carlos Almir\u00f3n LU7DSY<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">There are already 8 countries that will be represented in the 15th edition of the &#8220;American Lighthouses Weekend&#8221;, which organized by the Radio Club Grupo DX Bah\u00eda Blanca of the Argentine Republic, will take place between Friday the 16th and Sunday the 18th of February 2024.<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">In the last hours, another five were added: one from Argentina, one from Costa Rica, one from Cuba and two from Puerto Rico, bringing the total number of scores to 24: 13 from Argentina, 2 from Brazil, 1 from Costa Rica, 1 from Cuba, 3 from Chile, 1 from Honduras, 2 from Puerto Rico and 1 from Uruguay.<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">The Mar de Aj\u00f3 Radio Club of Argentina, LU6DM, was added, which will leave from the Punta M\u00e9danos Lighthouse ARG-008.<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Friend Fernando Jos\u00e9 Salazar, TI6FSV, with his own callsign will activate the Container Lighthouse of Puerto Lim\u00f3n, Costa Rica, COS-010.<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Representing the Punta Maya DX Group of Cuba, Maykel Sanfiel Miranda, CO5MK, registered the Punta Maya Lighthouse, CUB-032 with the prefix T45FM, (photo 1).<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Alberic Medina, NP3MR, president of the Vieques Island Amateur Radio Club of Puerto Rico confirmed the putting on the air of the Punta Mulas Lighthouse, PUR-015, with the callsign NP3VI, (photo 2).<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-variant-ligatures: none; letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">And our friend Carmen Greene, KP4QVQ, President of Sweet Fruits on Air Radio Club INC.
